This website, techmarketing.ai, is operated by Techmarketing.AI, a partnership firm registered in India ("Techmarketing.AI", "we", "us"), of Sector 14, Sonipat, Haryana 131001, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3. What we collect
When you contact us or ask to get started. Your name, email address and phone number, and anything else you choose to enter, such as your company, website, the services you are interested in, budget, timeline, goals or a message.
When you become a client. Contact and billing details, and the information you give us to deliver the services.
When you pay online. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and an order reference. We never receive your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
When you browse. If you accept cookies, analytics and advertising identifiers and information about how you use the site (see section 5).
Technical data. Standard server logs. Before anything is stored, our logging removes email addresses, query values, request bodies, authentication headers, cookies and IP addresses.
4. Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for;
- to send proposals and invoices, take payment and keep business records;
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- with your consent, to measure and improve our website and marketing.
5. Cookies and tracking
Google Tag Manager, the tool that loads our other tags, runs on every page so that your cookie choice can be applied. Analytics and advertising tags are held back until you accept them in the cookie banner. None of this loads in our CMS administration area, on account-invitation pages or on our API routes, even if you have accepted cookies.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this website's stored data in your browser; the banner will then ask again on your next visit. You can also email info@techmarketing.ai.
After you consent, the following may load:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics: measurement;
- Google Ads: advertising measurement;
- Meta Pixel: advertising measurement;
- HubSpot: enquiry and contact management;
- Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics, including recordings of how pages are used.
6. Who processes data for us
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Google Workspace: our business email, where enquiries and correspondence are received and kept;
- HubSpot: our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Razorpay: payment processing;
- MongoDB Atlas: our application database, where enquiries are stored;
- Cloudflare: image and file storage;
- Vercel: website hosting;
- the analytics and advertising services in section 5, only after your consent.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it where the law requires us to.
7. Where your data is processed
Several of these providers store or process data outside India. Where they do, the transfer is made in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and is not made to any country the Government of India has restricted.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Client, contract and billing records: 8 years after the engagement ends, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
- Audit records of changes made in our website's content system: 400 days, except records of what was published and when, which are kept permanently.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data.
9. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it); and nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.

10. Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access to our content system requires authentication, sessions can be revoked immediately, administrative actions are recorded, and passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top.
